The American 180:
Another First

Firsts are rare in the history of gunmaking. The flintlock. Early Colt's. John Browning's lever-action rifles and slide shotguns. His pistols and fully automatic weapons that went around the world in WWII.

And now the American 180. Not a redesign of anything, but an all new kind of weapon that will do what no other weapon can. Strong words. And a gutsy gun to back them up... the American 180.

World's Newest Automatic Rifle

Yes, the American 180 is designed as a semi or fully automatic weapon. A weapon capable of firing over 1200 rounds per minute. Over 20 rounds per second. But more about that later.

First let's look at the advantages of the American 180. Complete control. Concetrated, accurate firepower. Easy to handle. Compact. Lightweight. Efficient. Economical to buy and inexpensive ammunition. Many tactical uses.

Some of these things are true about every automatic weapon, but the American 180 qualifies in every category.

Control

Even a novice has complete, accurate control with the American 180. Because it fires .22 caliber long rifle ammunication, muzzle blast, barrel climb and body rotation are almost nil. Lack of recoil- or expected recoil- also keeps the shooter from flinching. small groups can be accurately squeezed off.
